Today I used Francis Chan’s illustration of the beam to contrast Zachariah and Mary. Mary gave all to the Lord in even her initial response. Zachariah hesitated to give all. Both were chosen, both could have given all. Zachariah hugged the beam. Mary began the adventerous journey of faith standing on the beam ready to move forward boldly for God. Which best represents your life? Have you given all?

Most of the times i want to play safe in life, i had more courage when i was younger or when i first came to CHRIST….I miss that.
